Veracity of the data provided by the Users and data of minors
The User guarantees that the personal data provided is true and is responsible for communicating to KDK any modification that must be conducted.
The User will respond, in any case, for the truthfulness of the data provided, reserving KDK the right to exclude from the registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed in Law.

Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint before a Control Authority, in particular in the Member State where he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in case he considers that the processing of his personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in case he is not satisfied with the exercise of his rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
